Sofie has been working with consumer trends since 2013, when she joined the Consumer Insights Team at The Absolut Company. After a few years of analyzing what the changes in consumer behavior means to global spirits consumers, she switched to the agency side when joining Foresight Factory's Nordic office in 2015, serving a broad range of clients in the Nordic region. Her core focus is on the FMCG, travel and retail sectors, where the latter recently has propelled her into becoming an e-commerce guru, after giving several presentations and interviews on the topic.
