Jamie Merrick - Head of Industry Insights, Demandware
Jamie has been working for over 15 years in the retail space, with a primary focus on ecommerce. He has held a number of ecommerce management roles for brands such as kitbag, Brora and most recently american golf, where he selected Demandware as the ecommerce platform. In addition, he set up and successfully exited a digital marketing agency and has worked as an independent consultant to a number of retail brands and technology providers. His primary responsibilities at Demandware are to act as the voice of the customer within the EMEA region, to help disseminate the wealth of data that the business collects into the market and to facilitate new technologies into the region.
