Tobias Gröber’s sports business career began at ISPO in 1997. Since then he has remained loyal to both the industry and the organization. He has been closely involved in the development of ISPO into the world’s largest sports business platform. In 2007 Tobias Gröber was appointed the Executive Director Business Unit Consumer Goods. As an insider and expert in the sporting goods industry and trade show management he is constantly on the hunt for innovations and trends, such as the digitalization movement. He also initiated the restructuration of ISPO from solely an exhibit space supplier into a full-service provider for the international sports.
